We offer a flat rate of 5 USD for worldwide shipping in all of our products. Orders over 40$ qualify for free shipping.
Orders including different product types will arrive in separate parcels. For example, if you order two tote bags and one framed poster, expect two parcels. We are constantly working towards improving our service and distribution network, thank you for your patience!

The vast majority of our orders will not have to pay duties. However, since we ship worldwide we cannot anticipate duty charges in every country for our whole range of products. Be confident this charge will remain nominal and within the single digit in any case. Thank you for your understanding.
You can request any artwork or design you want at no additional cost. Just send us a message with your request at the specific feature you can find in our shop and we will get back to you with a personalised listing as soon as possible.

Defective items are eligible for a complete refund, providing our client send us pictures of the item so we can contact our providers in turn. Unfortunately, since all of our products are made on demand specifically for each client, we cannot process returns.
Each of our products is created specifically for you when you place your order, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns. We offer several thousands of art reproductions in different media and we do not have adequate storage capacity to keep unwanted inventory. This is EU consumer law-compliant as they are comprised within the custom product category.
